Interference with the business due to cancellation of or the inability to accept bookings for accommodation as a direct result of :1. the occurance at the premises of murder or attempt threat, suicide, contagious and/or infectious disease, food or drink poisoning, vermin, pests or defective sanitation2. interruption in supplies for period in excess of ..... days due to strike or industrial action
